Perhaps you’ll visit a state park. Or go on a fishing adventure to catch fluke for dinner.

After a day filled with exploring, you gather on the patio to enjoy the crisp coastal breeze. The kids are chasing fireflies out back, and friends drinking wine by the fire. The aroma of fresh seafood fills the air as the table is set and dinner is served under a glowing red sky.

It was experiences like these that inspired Seth & Elizabeth to return to Rhode Island and create The Gilded Crab. Seth grew up on the water in Long Island, New York, and has been fishing since he could walk. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University and has a special affection for Bristol, Rhode Island. Seth is a US Coast Guard Licensed Master Captain.

Elizabeth has always enjoyed hospitality and lives for meaningful moments and connections.
